Brobeck Phleger: MOSELEY ASSOCIATES ADDS BROADBAND IN BANKRUPTCY
Santa Barbara's Moseley Associates Inc. purchased the assets of Rochester, N.Y.-based Adaptive Broadband Inc. and Adaptive Broadband U.K. for $7.5 million as part of a bankruptcy sale in Adaptive Broadband Inc.'s Chapter 11.
Moseley has formed the purchased assets into a subsidiary called Axxcelera Broadband Wireless Inc.
