Court Weighs Limits on Internet Pornography
WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court on Wednesday struggled to uphold a 1998 law protecting minors from sexually explicit Internet material, voicing serious concerns that the law's provision allowing jurors to use "contemporary community standards" in convicting individuals of crimes would allow the most restrictive communities to regulate what is available over the Web.
