Latham advises Mexican energy company in $852 million purchase

IEnova's offer is for the largest wind farm in Mexico.

Latham & Watkins LLP is advising Mexico City-based Infraestructura Energética Nova, S.A.B. de C.V., also known as IEnova, in the $852 million purchase of the largest wind farm in Mexico, which is owned by Fisterra Energy SL with a majority stake held by The Blackstone Group LP.

Kirkland & Ellis LLP is advising Fisterra and Blackstone.
