Glendale attorney Jilbert Tahmazian reached a settlement with the Securities and Exchange Commission Thursday resolving charges that he assisted two clients as they defrauded four investors of $6 million.
Tahmazian did not admit fault in the settlement, but did agree to pay $196,524.
