Mercedes settles in class action van lawsuit

A $10 million settlement between Mercedes-Benz U.S.A. LLC and a class of van drivers who sued the auto giant over faulty air conditioning units was approved Wednesday by a federal judge.

A $10 million settlement between Mercedes-Benz U.S.A. LLC and a class of van drivers who sued the auto giant over faulty air conditioning units was approved Wednesday by a federal judge.

U.S. District Judge Thelton E. Henderson of San Francisco finalized the settlement after a preliminary approval in March.
