Cosmetics company e.l.f. Beauty Inc. has filed for a $100 million IPO with counsel from Latham & Watkins LLP in Menlo Park.

Cosmetics company e.l.f. Beauty Inc. has filed for a $100 million IPO with counsel from Latham & Watkins LLP in Menlo Park.

Ropes & Gray LLP is advising the syndicate of underwriters, which include JP Morgan Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC.
