Snoop Dogg-Pabst dispute headed for trial

Pabst Brewing Co. LLC won't be able to avoid a trial in a lawsuit filed by rapper Snoop Dogg after a superior court judge denied the beer maker's motion for summary judgment Monday.

Pabst Brewing Co. LLC won't be able to avoid a trial in a lawsuit filed by rapper Snoop Dogg after a superior court judge denied the beer maker's motion for summary judgment Monday.

Snoop Dogg, whose real name is Calvin Broadus Jr., signed a deal with the company in 2011 to act as an ambassador for its malt liquor brand, Blast by Colt 45.
