SEC takes action against Torrance attorney

Joseph L. Pittera accused of signing opinions incorrectly, advising that certain unregistered MusclePharm Corp. stock held by OTC Capital Partners LLC could be freely traded and sold.

A Torrance attorney has been temporarily suspended from appearing or practicing before the Securities and Exchange Commission after he allegedly violated federal securities law.
