RIVERSIDE — A trial date was set in a $2 million copyright infringement case in which a group of plaintiffs allege several broadcasting stations played protected music under a terminated licensing agreement.
Wb Music Corp. represents the plaintiffs, who are members of the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP), in the federal lawsuit.
