Assembly panel rips State Bar executive director

The harsh criticism came as the Assembly Judiciary Committee advanced a weakened bar dues bill.

The Assembly Judiciary Committee begrudgingly advanced a watered-down State Bar dues bill Wednesday, but not before thoroughly pummeling Executive Director Elizabeth Rindskopf Parker for agency actions in recent months.
