Online games publisher announces new GC

Perfect World Entertainment Inc., a Redwood City-based online games publisher, announced Tuesday the appointment of its first general counsel.

Perfect World Entertainment Inc., a Redwood City-based online games publisher, announced Tuesday the appointment of a new general counsel.


Jefferey A. Wooten will also serve as the principal legal adviser to the company's wholly owned game development subsidiary, Cryptic Studios Inc., according to a company news release.
