Less Fortunate Inspire Legislator

SACRAMENTO - Darrell Steinberg, the new chairman of the Assembly Judiciary Committee, was a second-year law student at the University of California, Davis, when he was picked to tutor fellow students. Three or four of them were in wheelchairs and one was blind.
