DA Didn't Have License During Prosecutions
SAN FRANCISCO - Former San Mateo County prosecutor Allison Dondero was not licensed by the State Bar when she prosecuted a defendant for working without a contractor's license, and, as a result, the conviction should be overturned, according to a Peninsula defense attorney.
