Perez Ex-Partner Waives Hearing

Nino Durden, a former partner of disgraced Los Angeles Police Rampart Officer Rafael A. Perez, waived a preliminary hearing Wednesday in the case in which he is charged with attempted murder in the 1996 shooting of unarmed gang member Javier Francisco Ovando.
