Officer: Buchanan Not at Arrest Site

A Los Angeles police officer testified Monday during the first trial to emerge from the Rampart corruption scandal that he does not recall seeing cop-turned-informant Rafael Perez, his partner Nino Durden or Officer Michael Buchanan at the scene of a September 1996 arrest that Perez claimed was tainted.
