Perez Won't Testify About Bodies Without Guarantee

Disgraced former Los Angeles police Officer Rafael Perez's alleged refusal to testify about a former lover's claims he murdered two people could jettison the trial of four other officers charged with corruption, a defense attorney said late Thursday.
