Heller's Bankruptcy Plan Re-filed

Lawyers for Heller Ehrman's estate re-filed the much anticipated second version of its Chapter 11 dissolution plan and disclosure statement last week, with the creditors' committee ushering in trial lawyers.

SAN FRANCISCO - Lawyers for Heller Ehrman's estate re-filed the much anticipated second version of its Chapter 11 dissolution plan and disclosure statement last week, with the creditors' committee ushering in trial lawyers and signaling that the time for settlements may be nearing an end.
