Los Angeles city attorney's office kicks off new homeless initiative

Over 250 of Los Angeles County's homeless population lined up outside Midnight Mission on Skid Row Wednesday, seeking legal assistance to resolve their citations with the newly revamped Los Angeles County Homeless Court Clinic initiative.
