No-poach suit against movie studios will proceed

Judge Lucy H. Koh ruled Friday that animation studio employees sufficiently proved studios took steps to fraudulently concealed a no-poach, wage suppression conspiracy.

A federal judge Friday denied a motion to dismiss an antitrust suit filed by a group
of animation studios, effectively reviving claims that were dismissed in April because
they were barred by the four-year statute of limitations.
