Sensational UC Regents medical records case reportedly settles

In a surprise development, Norma Lozano has reportedly settled her lawsuit against the Regents of the University of California for a health record leak that implied Lozano contracted a sexually transmitted disease.

In a surprise development, Norma Lozano has reportedly settled her lawsuit against the Regents of the University of California for a health record leak that implied Lozano contracted a sexually transmitted disease.

Lozano's lawyer J. Bernard Alexander said Wednesday afternoon the sides settled, one day after Superior Court Judge Joseph B. Kalin ordered a settlement conference that proved fruitless.
