Weil, Cooley, Baker Botts tapped for Zulily deal

The online retailer, which went public just two years ago, tapped Weil and Cooley in its sale to Liberty Interactive, which also owns the QVC home shopping network. Baker Botts advised Liberty.

LLP and Cooley LLP to guide its $2.4 billion sale to Liberty Interactive Corp., a
deal announced Monday. Baker Botts LLP advised Liberty.
