Steinbeck family copyright case dismissed

Almost 80 years after John Steinbeck published "Of Mice and Men" his heirs are still fighting over who holds the rights to his work, but the decades-long legal battle could be coming to an end.

to an ultimate resolution this week after a U.S. district judge dismissed with prejudice
