A San Jose federal jury awarded nearly $40 million to cybersecurity company Finjan Inc. after finding a competitor infringed five patents.

a competitor infringed five patents.


The unanimous verdict, reached Tuesday, ended a two-week trial in San Jose before
U.S. District Judge Beth L. Freeman of the Northern District of California.
