Appeals court knocks out one claim against Milbank Tweed in malpractice suit

Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy LLP has received a break in a lawsuit at the 1st District Court of Appeal, which held the firm did not unlawfully conspire to muddle a possible business deal with the Abu Dhabi government worth $110 million.
