Kern County resident sues governor over fracking wells

A Kern County resident is suing Governor Jerry Brown, the state Division of Oil, Gas & Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) and its leader, Steve Bohlen, for discrimination in the placement of fracking wells and similar extraction techniques.
