Celgene to buy Receptos, the latest pharma deal in active landscape

San Diego biopharmaceutical firm Receptos Inc. relied on Latham & Watkins LLP in its
$7.2 billion sale to Celgene Corp., a New Jersey-based company focused on drugs treating
cancer and inflammatory disorders. Proskauer Rose LLP advised Celgene in the deal,
