Last month, on the last day and as the last decision of its term, the U.S. Supreme Court reversed and remanded the Environmental Protection Agency's Mercury and Air Toxics Standards, which regulate emissions of toxic air pollutants from the nation's existing coal and oil-fired power plants. Michigan v. EPA (June 29, 2015).
