Archdiocese Must Give Abuse Papers to Grand Jury, Court Says
LOS ANGELES - The Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Los Angeles must turn over church documents to a grand jury, the California Supreme Court agreed Wednesday, refusing to review a lower court's decision in a sex abuse case.
