Delgadillo Launches Closer Oversight of Outside Counsel

LOS ANGELES - After coming under fire for soaring outside legal counsel costs, City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo has implemented a new policy requiring his staff to report to the City Council at least twice a year on the status of big cases being handled by private attorneys.
