LOS ANGELES - A federal appeals court has overturned an immigration judge's denial of asylum to a Chinese Christian, saying the judge's pivotal findings - that China is geographically too large for police to have found and arrested the asylum seeker, and that she could not have obtained money for bail from a bank on Sunday - were based on speculation.
