INDUSTRIAL CORONA - Star Pipe Products purchased a 110,752-square-foot industrial building at 1223 Sherborn St. for $8.4 million. The building will be the metal-fittings maker's distribution facility. Shawn Kelter of Grubb & Ellis and Karl Heim of Commercial Realty Advisors represented the buyer. Jim Koenig and Dave Consani of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller, Birtcher Anderson Properties of Laguna Niguel.
