Court Will Review Bush Tribunals
WASHINGTON, D.C. - The Supreme Court on Monday agreed to decide whether President Bush has the authority to establish military commission proceedings to prosecute alleged "enemy combatant" detainees held at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, in a case with significant implications for presidential power in the war on terrorism.
