McCutchen Doyle: SAN JOSE'S VOLERA TAKES IN FINANCING FROM INVESTORS

Volera Inc. has received $83 million in initial financing from investors Novell Inc., Nortel Networks Corp. and Accenture. Formed in February, San Jose's Volera is a subsidiary of Novell. The company provides caching and content management services for Web-hosting companies, Internet-service providers and businesses. Its customers include AT&T Corp., Southwest Airlines Co. and Dell Computer Corp.
