Volera Inc. has received $83 million in initial financing from investors Novell Inc., Nortel Networks Corp. and Accenture. Formed in February, San Jose's Volera is a subsidiary of Novell. The company provides caching and content management services for Web-hosting companies, Internet-service providers and businesses.
