Portola Packaging Inc., through its wholly owned subsidiary Northern Engineering and Plastics Corp., has bought all the assets - equipment, lease facilities, inventory, accounts receivable and intellectual property - of Consumer Cap Corp.
The cash, stock and assumption-of-debt deal is worth $10 million.
