Justices Seem Doubtful of Claim Against Major Oil Refiners
LOS ANGELES - The California Supreme Court appeared skeptical Wednesday about reviving a major class action alleging that nine major oil companies have conspired to gouge California consumers with unfair prices for cleaner-burning gasoline.
