Lawyers Will Remain on De La Hoya Rape Case

LOS ANGELES - A state appeals court has turned down an attempt by Oscar De La Hoya's lawyers to remove opposing counsel they accused of driving away a judicial referee who presided over discovery in a lawsuit filed by a 15-year-old girl who claims the boxer raped her.
