IRVINE ATTORNEY WILL LEAD COSTA MESA COMMISSION
Katrina Foley, a partner at Irvine's Lents & Foley, will lead the Costa Mesa Planning Commission. In a 5-0 vote, the commission elected Foley on March 12 to replace Commissioner Walter Davenport, who held the post for more than a decade.
