Testa Hurwitz: CITRIX SYSTEMS EXTENDS CASH OFFER FOR SEQUOIA SOFTWARE

Citrix Systems Inc. will purchase all outstanding shares of Sequoia Software Corp. for nearly $185 million in cash. Fort Lauderdale's Citrix Systems manufactures application-server software that allows computers to run Windows-based applications from a central server. Its clients include the U.S. Navy, IBM Corp. and Motorola Inc.
