San Diego biotech company Santarus Inc. has completed its third round of venture financing. The financing brought in $33 million. The investors were Domain Partners; J.P. Morgan Partners; Advent International; St. Paul Venture Capital IV; Windamere Venture Funds I; and Fog City Fund.
