Central District Gets Five More Magistrates

LOS ANGELES - The U.S. District Court for the Central District of California has selected five new magistrate judges. Four of the magistrates will fill newly created positions, and the fifth replaces Judge Elgin Edwards in Santa Ana, who is retiring, according to Sherri Carter, clerk of the court.
