Prop. 8 Watchers Anticipate Supreme Court Ruling Tuesday

In its most highly anticipated case of the year, the California Supreme Court announced that it will publish its ruling on a challenge to the state's constitutional ban on same-sex marriage on Tuesday at 10 a.m.

SAN FRANCISCO - Gay and lesbian activists are planning rallies Tuesday regardless of how the California Supreme Court rules on a challenge to the state's constitutional ban on same-sex marriage approved by voters last November.

In its most highly anticipated case of the year, the high court announced Friday that it will publish the ruling today at 10 a.m at www.courtinfo.ca.gov/opinions/
