Lawyer Dropped From Kerkorian Support Case

A lawyer for billionaire Kirk Kerkorian in a renewed child-support dispute with his ex-wife has been disqualified from the case.

LOS ANGELES - A lawyer for billionaire Kirk Kerkorian in a renewed child-support dispute with his ex-wife has been disqualified from the case.

Superior Court Judge Marjorie S. Steinberg cited Wendy A. Herzog's association with lawyer Terry N. Christensen, who was convicted in the illegal wiretapping of Lisa Bonder Kerkorian during a 2002 battle over child support.
