Former Irell Entertainment Litigators Launch Their Own Firm

Three top entertainment and intellecutal property lawyers are leaving Irell & Manella to launch their own firm, with an estimated $8 million to $12 million book of business.

A trio of top entertainment litigators from Irell & Manella have struck out on their own, citing a desire for flexibility in billing clients and building a more progressive law firm structure.

The lawyers, Richard B. Kendall, Laura W. Brill and Robert N. Klieger, opened their new firm, Kendall Brill & Klieger, next door to their former firm in Century City earlier this week.
