Patent Bill Faces Obstacles in House

Although the Senate Judiciary Committee resolved longtime issues in a patent reform bill it passed early last month, the parallel House committee will likely fight the same battles in its version of the bill.

WASHINGTON - The Senate Judiciary Committee succeeded in resolving longstanding disputes in a sweeping patent reform bill it approved early last month.
