Court Likely Will Reverse Art Case
WASHINGTON - The Supreme Court on Wednesday appeared unsympathetic to Maria V. Altmann's quest to use the U.S. courts to recover six Gustav Klimt paintings she says were stolen from her family by the Nazis in the 1930s and early 1940s and transferred to the Austrian government.
