Brother Killed Girl, Defense Says

SAN DIEGO - Defense lawyers said Wednesday that stabbing victim Stephanie Crowe was killed by her brother and two of his teenage friends. In an opening statement in the murder trial of Richard Tuite, attorney C. Bradley Patton said that prosecutors should be pointing their finger instead at the girl's brother, Michael Crowe.
