Suit Names Cops in Wrongful Conviction

SAN FRANCISCO - John Tennison, who spent 13 years in state prison for murder before he was exonerated in October, has filed a federal suit against the city of San Francisco, claiming his civil rights were violated when prosecutors withheld evidence that could have proved his innocence.
