Judge who OK'd diplomas for high school seniors who failed exit exams joins JAMS

Former Alameda County Superior Court Judge Robert B. Freedman has joined JAMS as a mediator, arbitrator and special master. He will be based in JAMS' San Francisco office.

Retired Alameda County Superior Court Judge Robert B. Freedman has joined JAMS as a mediator, arbitrator and special master, the alternative dispute resolution service announced Thursday.

Freedman, who was a judge for more than 21 years, will be based in JAMS' San Francisco resolution center.
