WASHINGTON - Once again, 9th Circuit judges Alex Kozinski and Stephen R. Reinhardt have helped secure coveted Supreme Court clerkships for some of their clerks.
Kozinski and Reinhardt, who both regularly place clerks with the justices, each provided two, according to the list of clerks released by the court Wednesday.
