When Jennifer St. John Yount and Kurt R. Marsden began working together eight years ago, a significant legal hurdle made for a rough beginning.


Yount, a corporate partner with Paul Hastings LLP in Los Angeles, recalled her first encounter with her longtime client Marsden, who serves as executive vice president and division manager of business finance at Wells Fargo Capital Finance in Santa Monica.
